Currently under construction are 124 modern, architecturally designed villas, with 2 and 3-bedroom options available. Once the four villa stages are complete, it is our intention to build a 60-bed aged care facility. We are still working through the feasibility of the facility so note that it is still not certain that the care facility will be built and if proceeded with the size of the facility and range of services provided may vary to what was previously indicated.
